Missing CD Driver:

You need to add a DOS-level CD driver to the boot
disk. This isn't hard--- you have to copy one small file to the floppy,
and then add one line each to the plain-text "config.sys" and
"autoexec.bat" files; you can do this in Notepad. Full info:
